Hi, I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, sorry if I say anything wrong

I am wondering how much does it cost to commission a single piece anime drawing?

Can I get a quality like this with a budget of 2000 ringgit ? I have the content or image that I want in my mind , just need an artist to turn it into a drawing

Doubt you can get someone to do animation with that price, the requirement you want requires skill from top notch animators using traditional frame by frame drawing, btw, animation is hardly a one man job, it normally done by a team of people

Hell yeah, it's rare I see anyone willing to pay that high for a single illustration for that kind of quality! I'm sure you'd have no trouble looking for people willing to do that. I definitely would.

Deviant art or Instagram probably good option for you to explore around. Not sure about filtering for local talents tho you could probably advertise it in game or anime groups on social media.

I used to join few of them met couple amateur illustrators mostly in anime field. But their work quality maybe not on par with what you're looking for here.

Actually that style is pretty easy.

Basic shading, soft lighting on top and some downloadable anime filters from CSP store, donezo.

500USD/2000MYR is way too high.

500USD is sakimichan's level.

It depends on the artist, some established artist do have that kind of rate and beyond, but yes 2k ringgit is abit too high for anime art and u can possibly find any anime artists that you like to draw for you easily. With that said, I am opening commission as well, ranging from USD 50 - 90, which is about RM200-370, you can PM me for my portfolio maybe I can help, cheers.

2k yeah if you're commisioning someone famous from overseas or is doing social media marketing campaign for your business and brand,
otherwise less than RM500 will get you a pretty nice illustration (like the example you shown) here locally already (freelancers)

if you have doubt on pricing, can always go to fiverr.com and use them as 'baseline' or guidelines
