Sony 70-350 F 4.5-6.3 or Sigma 100-400 F5-6.3, Which lens should i get

As per topic, not sure which one is a better choice
price wise, which is almost the same Sony will cost RM3150 Price Sigma will cost RM3450 Price quality wise, both almost the same the only big difference is the weight, sigma weight almost double the sony lens any advice which one should i go for? I not pro. But if me, quality almost same, I will go for the lighter weight.
