My steak is not charred enough, no maillard reaction which makes for a tasteless steak.

[attachmentid=10564020] Btw, we shared this amongst 5 gentlemen so we manage to taste all the steaks.. my winner of that meal was the Stanbroke and Tokushima Picanha.. |
