Nikka & Pixel is opposite one another & they are 2 different property. If you are planning to buy either Pixel or Nikka for investment, then just forget it . There are 1000 units of PPAM that will be sold at 275-295k & located next to Nikka. Even if 10% of the PPAM owners decided to rent their property by rooms,then the whole investment game will be a gone case for Pixel & Nikka.

1000 units * 10% = 100 units of PPAM
100 units * 4 rooms/unit = 400 rooms
