Here is a quick math :

1000 units * 10% = 100 units of PPAM
100 units * 4 rooms/unit = 400 rooms

No way bulk purchasers are going to win in this area #RIPFRclients. If you think that I am exaggerating on this number, then go look at mudah, propertyguru, iproperty,speedhome, & facebook for PPAM unit rental......

But Nikka and Pixel will be closer to the LRT station and I am wondering if the quality of these two be much better than that PPAM?
