Honestly, I do not think additional 200m is a distance at all . That is like 2 minutes of walking lol . This 2 minute of additional waking won't add up any magical points to Pixel or Nikka in my point of view. In terms of quality, PPAM quality is totally up to standard. My friend who is working in South Brooks construction site in DPC told me that the construction site next to it (PPAM Safiya Residensi) is using the exact same material as South Brooks lol. For your reference, Safiya is a 300k PPAM & South Brooks is being sold for RM1m for the smallest unit. In fact, most of the government's affordable properties are of high workmanship quality. Still don't believe me ? Even the blogger is very impressed by the build quality.

My friend owns a unit here & I have personally been there. The workmanship quality is definitely top notch !

I hope this clears your doubt on Amansuri & affordable houses in general.

Can not only compare Desa park city PPA1M quality as the standard for others PPA1M ... DPC PPA1m is one of a kind is the better one ..
You should go and see others PPA1m completed project

PPA1M is for goverment servant only and can not be rented out if found rented out they will be in great trouble . Furthermore they are buying it for own stay and not for investment.
