Ordered couple of times, so far all items received. I would say its reliable, just that the delivery is abit slow. But for me its good enough, cos its free delivery.

Btw, it's my first time ordering from book depository and i m already having bad experiences. I usually order books from kinokuniya but i realized it's really expensive in that i could pay 20-30% less for books on bookdepository.

It's slow, but will eventually arrive.

Slow delivery is not bad experience. U dun expect a courier-speed delivery if u are using free delivery service, and whats more, the books are shipped from other countries.

If u wan fast delivery, then of cos u need to use local store like kino or mph. If international stores giving cheaper book prices and similar delivery speed, how our local stores wan to survive?

Yes if you're a first timer the wait can kill you. But like ppl said they always deliver. For the price and the collection worth the wait most times

So far ayam didnt order book >RM500 internationally cos the delivery is free, so ayam dun need to buy alot to save on shipping.

Ordered many times fast that time 2weeks slow that time one month..but after one month tak sampai u can request refund no questions asked

Check with Pos Malaysia. I ordered from them twice before and I had to pick up the parcel on my own from Pos Malaysia main office in KL on both occasions. The second order was almost had to be sent back to BOok Depository because it was sitting too long at the post office.

If u dun mind used, can look at ebay. Last time ayam bought some used books from ebay too. Condition is quite good.

Last time I always buy book used from amazon.

Those people return the books are sold as used. LOL

Yup there’s no tracking code for delivery from Book Depository because they basically use snail mail. I sent an email to Book Depository and they told me to check with local post office first. I reached out to Pos Malaysia via twitter and they advised me accordingly. I don’t remember what Pos Malaysia asked me to do other than going to the KL main office though.

The books are being shipped from the UK and you're not even being charged with a delivery fee.

Only order from them if you don't need the books urgently.

Fastest was around 2 weeks.

Slowest was around 1 1/2 month.
