Hi Sifu,
I'm newbie.,here just wanna to get your opinion about buying property for this time. I have 2 job with 1 for fulltime job and 2 for parttime job. If i combine salary with this 2 job around RM4k. Do you think worth for me to purchase a property RM350k-RM500k with installment RM1800 a month for investment ? Other than that, its the right time to buy condominum ?
Need some guidance from you all.
Thank you,

There are also other cost to own one ... monthly maintenance charges, yearly cukai pintu, cukai tanah and fire insurance. The RIGHT time to buy is when you found the right property WITHIN your AFFORDABILITY . DONT buy because of HOC 2. There will be many HOCs in the future. If you buy for investment 1. Do your maths. Acquisition cost, outgoing cost, renovation cost, rental yield, return on investment, cash floor and etc. Worth to invest or not, the number will tell. 2. Do your research Target tenant or future buyer, supply and demand at that area, current and future development, and etc. 3. Be prepared for the raining day Do you have enough fund to support you if your investment property unable to rent out, says 4-6 months?
There is no good or bad time to buy an investment property. It is always a bad idea to invest when you follow the crowd and don't know what the risks are.
