Hi, I had a unit filed for defect fixes, but the developer keep giving excuses and no progress at all. I only have 6 mths warranty but it has been 2 months gone without progress. Is there a department that I can file a complain? and whether i should request additional months of warranty since it's been dragged by the developer end?

Good Luck. My ex-colleague tried all the channels until she met up with the Minister. Now she has left the country due to the apathy attitude and lack of action from bottom-till-top.

What are those defects?

Can it be fixed while doing reno ? It may cost some money but if you can bear the cost, get it done and you can move-in or rent out quick.

Some developers are playing the waiting game ... compile a list units with similar defects and do it once.

Quite major, the tiles all hollow and need to replace all..some area even leaking..
