ada macam ni? "MYKULA, Detained by Customs due to tax/permit". kalau ada pergi la custom terus ambik sendiri ...beside LCCT lama ... waze search for "POS Malaysia International Hub"

Serious answer: this is normal. The amount of parcels that Custom need to rifle through is seasonal.

I think it depends on the type of courier that you engage with.
if you pay more for express service which includes custom clearance, your items will be put on priority.
If you are using EMS, then it will not get special clearance lane and will have to take time to clear. It also is subject to if your parcels are with the proper document to help speed up the process.

Serious answer but not a satisfactory answer to the customers. Not sure which POS service that TS used. Usually people can accept longer delivery time if they are using normal pos service, but if pos laju service take 1 month to deliver then that is really an issue that needs to be resolved by the company. |
