The marks are overly inflated, somebody should really go in and normalize the graphs for SPM, STPM and matriculation. What is the point of increasing number of A students every year? Universities and employers can't differentiate good students from average ones.

Give them a quota:
For example only max 1% students get a 4.0, 10% 3.75-3.99 etc
