Not gonna showcase the more established movies but pointing out to the equally important of the underrated kind.
The Truth Beneath - A Korean mystery thriller with script by Park Chan Wook. It's the closest thing of a PCW film not directed by him. The twist is well worth the build-up.
The Wailing - on the surface a horror movie but the depth of it surpasses any mindfuckeries you can think of.
Anything by Oriol Paulo, some of it can be found on Netflix.
Mirage - a multi timeline mystery thriller.
The Body - a missing corpse that unraveling a mind boggling murder mystery.
The Invisible Guest - a twisted Rashomon-esque he said/she said murder mystery.

12 Monkeys the TV series (4 seasons) is actually very good, as far as plot twist and time travel plots go.

The first season is a bit weak, feeling like an extended rehash of the movie, with some twists near the end.

Then from 2nd season onward, the plot goes into different direction, and has one of the most complicated time travel plot I have ever seen. And the finale does wrap thing up very well.


Also, you can check out the movie Time Lapse, which is also very good.

For romantic movie but with time travel twist, there are About Time and Time Traveller's wife. Both have very touching moment and makes you realize time travel can be a curse.
