Well, atleast they understand and comprehend English better than most Malaysians.

But they can't speak. oof.

Malaysian terbalik, boleh pronounce words, but die die have no idea on the English Literacy.

that's why I said they can understand what people are saying, yes, some of them have their Korean accent slang too thick for our understanding.

But then I have korean classmates in my Pre-University can speak English quite fine, side note, they went to international school locally in Malaysia for 3 years.

I only met one actual Korean in my university engineering program, who's accent in Korean is extremely horrible that I can't even understand.
But they have no issues understand the concepts explained in English at all.
