Its a Suite Apartment as per document presented to me.

Hence I need you opinion and feedback whether I should go forward with the purchase?
If yes, why and if not, please stated your reason as well.

I appreciate you input and feedback highly as this will be my first home.

If its a condo, there should be many other units for sale. Why harp on this one when you know its going to give you headache later on.

All units sold out, just left at the unit on 32 floor. Hence why I'm asking, since I'm at the cross road / dilemma.

Still checking with the agent, whether its a Bin Chamber or a Chute Chamber. He still waiting for the answer from Dev admin team as we speak.

I'd say avoid at all costs. Dude you are not renting the place, you could be staying there for 5 or 10 or maybe more years with your future wife, kids.

I’m living in condo but away from refuse bin.
What I notice is that unit near to the refuse bin is very noisy. Usually there are 2 doors to reach the bin. Every time I pass through the doors it slams bang bang loudly. Also refuse room usually attracts pest. But my condo has pretty good control so no lizards, ants or rats.

then you have to decide to live near the cloud or near rubbish. haha

if really cannot find, then look for other properties. Cash is King now man. no need to worry, and property price should be coming down more within this few months.

Yeah.. buyers will reconsider like TS. But all in all, I dont think any home is worth buying if there are doubts like this, especially for own stay. Its not a shirt you can change in an instant, its a lifelong investment.

Again thank you very much for you insight. My though exactly. Since this is a full commitment. I don't want to feel any doubt. Just be happy with my purchase.
I can't find that.

I thought by asking people with experience, insight, or knowledge, I could make a sound judgment without being effected by the emotional/lust bias.

Thanks a lots guys. Much appreciate it.

if top floor still have unsold unit, why not choose it?
at least you wont have the issue of being annoyed by upper unit

because i i don't really like top unit due to unforeseen circumstances, like water failure, heat, roof leaking, etc.

that why my sweet spot is around 10-20.. after that a bit hard for me.
huhuhu.. its just my mistake for not carefully ask, forget even about this room during the booking (excited much).
hahahah

dear, heat & roof leaking can be solved, as it is physical structure in nature
but smell and noises you cant solve it, as it is human behavior in nature
if i were you, i would choose physical structure in nature to resolve. human behavior in nature is always hard and never able to be solved because you cant change their mindset
similarly i cant change your mind for opting middle floor rather than top floor

For me, chute or no chute also cannot. There are situations when a chute can be blocked too due to irresponsible people. Like what others pointed out, the smell/noise etc might be bad.

Also, most refusal rooms have a window. If the room is smelly, it might also affect your unit directly if your balcony/yard/room is close to it.
