Hi all,

My dad has been a massive flight sim fan - particularly FSX and XPlane 11. Recently he has been a bit more busy but he's really keen on getting a rig for Flight Simulator 2020. I tried it out using a basic flight stick and I was blown away compared to FSX.

Does anyone know any builder that would help source the parts and assemble the rig to our needs?

I am more of a racing sim fan so we'd like this rig to be compatible with both flight and racing. Heard mixed reviews about the Next Level Ultimate line etc.

Builder would not be sourcing a PC - I'll be building a beefy PC for the rig.

He wants all the bells and whistles - triple screen stand, surround sound, etc.

I know its a bit niche but if anyone is or knows someone that does this kind of service, do send me a message!

I don't have a flight sim rig but my understanding is that most people just use a normal table and chair setup like a normal triple monitor gaming setup

Flight sims uses joystick, throttle and optional rudder pedals. But the mouse is kinda mandatory so a normal table setup is usually used.

For racing sim you can buy a separate chair rig as a steady setup is required.

Perhaps a normal triple monitor gaming setup with the following options:
1. Standard gaming setup with mouse and keyboard
2. Attach flight sim controls for flight sim
3. Attach sim racing chair rig plus controls for racing sim.

Try Emarque in FB which carries some really nice Flight Sim peripherals.

Also, should've tried Microsoft Flight Simulator
