Bro, if it helps, we also did self-install on headlamp, twice (after free replacement), but both times didn't work.
Went to Kelana Jaya RFID center, they said this model City cannot stick on headlamp due to something protruding and blocked the headlamp, something like that
End up they recommend to stick on bumper, then everything works fine.

So far this position no problem, verified by TNG people, hope it helps.
