My friend's Civic also, the noises coming from the tires when high speed cruising, I was surprised then, but now I accept that is Honda's "characteristics" This post has been edited by icebryanchan: Nov 2 2020, 08:49 PM |

I only have my SIL's GM Hybrid to compare, and hers was relatively quiet though. Not sure if the "quietness" extends to the regular petrol GM6...

QUOTE(Guno @ Nov 2 2020, 10:53 PM) What about the ride? Does it go through bumps as harshly as GM6? I'm highly considering this new city but I'm very particular with NVH & ride comfort after my experience owning perodua car lol, heard GM6 has bad NVH and ride and awaiting comments on latest gen before deciding |

My memory of it is it's not as refined. We upgraded the car from an ageing Myvi. It's a different league in terms of NVH and ride. Best thing to do is to test drive for yourself - try all the B segment cars back to back and see what is acceptable to you. Vios has always been the benchmark for NVH and ride comfort for this segment. The trade off lesser PS on the engine. |

I'm the person who loves car with great nvh and high comfort, this car is quite opposite because of its harsh ride, loud tyre noise and stiff suspension system hahaha. But at least it has VSA and better handling compared to vios dugong, so give and take lor. This post has been edited by pikafaded: Nov 3 2020, 12:54 PM |
