Well I was looking more into the regular city variants towards the end of last year, but decided to wait until the long term reviews are out along with X50 and Almera. Right now rumours are the new Perodua SUV will open booking any day now too, so maybe I'll wait and see how that one pans out as well!

To think that even the Perodua SUV is coming out before RS..

1st day x50 = 20k++ booking
Perodua SUV maybe can get 60-70k++ booking for day 1

Proton had been driving up the hype with the various leaks and sneaks leading up to the launch.
That would help drive up interest for booking.
This Perodua almost dropped out of nowehere.
Bet many would only see the news towards the evening.
Doubt it can beat the booking figures and i don't think Perodua cares.
What matters is the units delivered to buyers.
Same goes for the City, just see how many City already OTR vs X50.
Booking numbers means nothing if can't deliver

perodua customer is diff
they rather see the real car first before putting down booking fee
its the same for every other perodua car
usually within weeks of official launched, the car would get loads of booking

nvh is better
steering is better
ride alot better
but 1 thing is new engine more rev happy n sound abit more noticeable than old one
old one would be happy to work around 1~2k rpm, the new one suka suka up to 3~4k rpm thus sound more noticeable

When i turn steering during stationary position, it have some "kuk kuk kuk" sound. Anyone have this problem?

USually is steering rack pb.
