about 1 week plus need to renew my trend micro maximum security.

i renew my security product yearly, this one comes with 6 devices protection.
wanted this run on pc and android.

recently i browsed through their renew and new purchase page, it pissed me off that new purchase give extra service than just renewing.
at worst is checkout page keep throwing error, practically like telling me not interested to serve me.
chatting with their online support just get connection disruption.

i have started looking for alternative, bitdefender - total security - offer cheaper cost, but only 5 devices.

i actually only used up 4 devices protection, so still got extra for me.

i sharing 1 device to my spouse handphone.
it is quite a hassle to share it, as i need to login my account on her handphone to activate it.
the video on bitdefender shows about the same.

i believe trend micro now has a way to activate this on phone without me need to login on that device.

looking for feedback on user experience of both products.

can take a look at Eset , dosen't require any log in to activate on different devices.

If you only need protect 4 devices, why is bitdefender not enuf? It covers 5 and is cheaper than trend micro.
