 Maxis sim card need to change, mobile data no connection.

My realme 3 pro handphone unable to use mobile data to access
internet connection.Wifi connection is o.k.
Went to mobile shop checked and they confirm that sim card problem.
They tried to changed sim card for me but got error.
So suggest me to go to maxis center to solve the problem.
I went to maxis center in Aeon big kepong and result still the same...
unable to solve the problem.The counter people just said go to mid-valley
maxis center headquater to solve the problem.
Mid-valley mall seems far away ...
In fact , how many maxis center headquater in K.L ?
I want a real maxis center headquater that can solve my problem.

Try calling Maxis support first ... it could be that some config issue that needs to be downloaded, and not so much as a sim issue.

Yeah, KLCC Maxis would be the HQ ... take the LRT or Grab to go there.

The maxis center counter at aeon big kepong said that "the card is not under
my name" and didn't tell much ...I saw my photo and name is correct when
connected with the machine .

I will call maxis support later . TQ.

Call maxis support and she found out that the name
should have double "oo" but system show single "o" .
They are the one who key-in into the system and
make mistake.
I need to go there to solve the problem for their mistake .
So shxt !
Someone need to blame , right ?
