Hi want to ask if my Digi sim card expired, when plug in shows no service / emergency call only, can still get back the number

Sorry cannot call Digi support, in SG, roaming mahal

If lucky get postpaid can get back the nunber but u need to act fast else confirm number will gone very fast..after get the postpaid then can switch back to prepaid. If want terus prepaid dont think they will help u

How long you haven’t reload Sia. Grace period is 60 days from last expiry date.

If really urgent can ask your family in Malaysia to lodge a report for missing SIM card and replace the SIM card.

I kena before tot can get back then they force me to get postpaid baru can get back number. Second time kena again tot can get back went to servixe center 5 days later they told me number taken cannot get back.....

if prepaid simcard terminated u make police report also no use one
