Somebody told me I should count my macros daily. But as usual, I am clueless about this stuff. So, how to calculate how much macros do I need everyday, and how to count the macros I consume per day?
Also, can somebody suggest me a budget muscle-building meal plan? I need a meal plan that's cheap and easy to prepare, while also reached my needed nutrients to build muscle. Thank you again!
