I have recently lodged complaints of the terrible 4G signals in Sentul areas. 

Examples of the area/condomunium affected are :
1) Jalan Sentul Perdana
2) Sentul Point
3) Sentul Village
4) Maxim
5) Sky Awani

The line has been very bad and not even able to send whatsapp message while stay inside the house. Since so many high rises getting more people to live in. Why maxis has not done anything to improve the signal and network coverage? There can be easily 4000 units among Jalan Sentul Perdana

Few Maxis dealers shared that Maxis does not upgrade the cell towers until they are down or 100% full capacity.
With the recent upgrade data for MOP customers, Maxis is unable to cope with high volume of complaints of their network issues.
You will still need to pay high monthly commitment despite the sub-par quality provided by Maxis.

I am not sure other areas are affected and please share and lodge complaints.

Same here. I was looking to change other telco. Maxis 4g line has been terrible since last year. Kept getting 1 bar 3g at my house and places I hang out (Jalan Klang Lama vicinity). My wife called them a few times throughout the year, they kept saying this is just a temporary inconvenience caused by upgrading work. Hello, 1 year d, what upgrading work also done lorh.

Make complaint to MCMC is the first step.

Next you port out to the best Telco in your area. I suggest you try out using prepaid SIM before deciding..

My question is why are you so loyal to a particular Telco? All they want is your money..

How to tag maxis? A lot of residents at Sentul are suffering yet paying same amount of money for bad services
