You can get the answer just by googling it. Anyway, it's better to benchmark your health based on your waist circumference(<40" is okay) if you're a male.

BMI is misleading.
I would agree with the poster above that waist to hip measurement may be a better alternative. The 40" threshold looks high though, I'd personally put it around 36" considering an Asian frame. In the end, if you look in a mirror and look fit, you're golden. |

True. A lot of Olympic athletes are considered fat if judged based on BMI, but that is because of their muscle density. Viewed externally, they are the fittest people on the planet.

hello ..
BMI ..is just a measurement of index .. so long .. the results falls on the range in green .. then you are ok ...BUT most of all with the BMI reading.... one.. needs also to look out for physically and mentally health .. what is the point of having good BMI ... but are very aggressive and hot temper person .... .. get my point ..????
