QUOTE(AthrunIJ @ Aug 12 2020, 07:30 PM) OK.I bought the share on 10th of Aug, and then the statement mentioned that settlement on 12th 12.30pm. I have transfer money to my PB link current account before I buy the share but it is never deducted until now. But i was not allow to buy any share until I transfer the money on 10th of Aug (2 days ago). |

QUOTE(sovietmah @ Aug 12 2020, 07:47 PM) OK. Yours is probably a cash account. I bought the share on 10th of Aug, and then the statement mentioned that settlement on 12th 12.30pm. I have transfer money to my PB link current account before I buy the share but it is never deducted until now. But i was not allow to buy any share until I transfer the money on 10th of Aug (2 days ago). Can only buy share when there is capital in your account. |

QUOTE(sovietmah @ Aug 12 2020, 08:21 PM) Thanks for your advice. Just make sure account have enough capital + transaction fees. It will automatically be deducted if not enough your broker will inform you usually.Do I need to pay into any account manually? Or just wait for the PBE to deduct from this current account automatically? |

So for cash account, is it still T+2 or immediate transaction?

QUOTE(oback82 @ Aug 16 2020, 04:57 PM) It is usually always T + 2, but because it is a cash account. The app will deduct the amount of capital used and show in the app first to reflect your 'remaining' fund so that you are aware of the 'current' capital left in your account. This post has been edited by AthrunIJ: Aug 21 2020, 07:56 AM |
