Does anybody know about this company Grower Top Solution or 1-go group? They claimed that they are a third party by banks that offer Cash Loan & Dept Management Program. They say can help me to settle & consolidate my credit cards or personal loan outstandings under 1 account with a much lower interest rate. So I was interested. After they explained & did all the calculations, I believed them & agreed to join their DMP.

However, the guy told me that i will need to give him the OTP code in order to disburse an amount into my bank account. But when i saw the SMS msg with the OTP code, i froze. Like a hammer hitting my head to wake me up so to speak, the SMS says the amount is an online transaction to be paid to Grower Top Solution. At this time, the guy kept calling me for the OTP code, he says the money will be held by the bank merchant which is their company then baru disburse to my account. Walao ehh.....I backed out trus...

Just wanna know if anybody has encountered the same experience?

if they really wanted to helps us, they wont be so desperate for your OTP... we, the borrower should be.

my advice, exercise caution. to me they sound suspicious. do check with bnm... their desperado raised red flag

FYI - i get lots of funny calls / whatsapp msgs for low cost loans/CONsolidations/DMPs/AKPK etc. - none can still beat my best friends' - banks credit cards 0% or 1% for 12 months XD. That's how i know about DMP

I see no reason, why they need OTP.

hey I also got a call from this company today! I don't have major debt issues so I just hung up on her as she was blabbering on her script. I didn't realise I avoided a scam!

man, I am so glad you came to your senses when they asked for the OTP. good on ya! it's heartbreaking to see these type of stories on the news.

Wahh, I'm glad I post this out. Hope it helps some people who are facing the same situation & need advice. I did searched here in lowyat on any topics related to this company or related posts but I wasn't able to find anything. Thks for the BNM link, am thinking of reporting them.

I gave them my credit card details. They say help me to raise my credit card limit to do cash out worr.....when the OTP sms came it says charge online transaction @ Grower Top Solutions. I asked why the money goes to their company & not my account? The guy answered bcos they are the bank's merchant worr. Luckily I did not give

I'm the 1 of the victim for this scam. Trust me, you will regret after join.
They try to hide the truth, the actual charges+commission+interest (total around 10%/year) is higher than bank personal loan. They will charge you 12% commission on the spot when withdraw cash from your credit card. And they promise refund the commission to me if DMP application failed, But until now almost 2 months I haven't get any single cent from them. Agent's Whatsapp account still active but totally no response when I ask for the refund.
Pls walk in AKPK to apply DMP for FREE. This is my sincere advice to all friend here.

Actually is the Bank Negara DMP easy to enrol ? Can some of you share your experiences here.

I've dealt with them... Tbh.. they were quite useful tho... They did asked for my otp to cash out the available balance I requested, the Chad told me directly how he would call the bank in my place, I was sceptic at first.. so they asked me to come to the office and they did it right Infront of me.. n that's how I know they provide service where they make things much more convenient la for some of their clients
