I asked the runner. why now no more poslaju staff make delivery?

He said pos laju now using fully 3rd party to make delivery.

Poslaju pay him RM2 per parcel.

If complete 60 parcel you will got RM190.

One month he can make about RM7k - RM9k per month.

He is ex steward. No wonder handsome.

No wonder Poslaju very fast now.

Yesterday seller send today received already.

If wanna deliver must at least take min 100 parcel each day.

100 parcel will take until night for one person, so sometime they will make their own 3rd party group and divide the parcel and incentive among themselves.

That way they can fulfill the min 100 parcel, and get the paid, and go back on time.

Bullcrap la laju, held my item for more than one week for what. Padahal poslaju walking distance je dari rumah, when ask for self pickup said cannot.

If delivery area is high population density area such as condo/apartment, it's possible to delivery many packages in one day.
One guy use a pickup truck, another guy used Alza.
Every time come, sure got a few other packages for my block, in addition to mine. My place 5 block, one block 3-4 packages , and surrounding area another 5 more condos.
They can potentially deliver 100 packages during peak sale period

No wonder la My area poslaju diam2 hantar without honk even though i’m always at home ...last time they honk 1 km pon bole dengar

Because of pkp they lessen the requirement abit. Last time gdl with panel van.

The problem is not enough staff at klia hub to load into pallet before transportation. And there are alot of it.

That is correct. My parcel sent fm B Mertajam to KLIA hub and I live in Ipoh. How much money and time they waste. These guys no use brain or what?

maybe PosLaju allocate all the parcels for 1 deret rumah / taman to a single delivery guy hence can make >100 deliveries per day. if not how can he cope with our traffic?

Pos laju delivery had always been fast. Its the process before delivery that at times takes time. Depends on hub. Some hub fast, some slow. But once it arrived at delivery hub, item will arrive on that day.
