Allowances for JMB

Is the JMB allowed to get allowances for their services? The Chairman of my condo's JMB is getting RM3K allowance every month.
The Chairman is also the owner the the Management company for the condo. Is this a conflict of interest? |

yes. as far as i know, they are allow to draw allowance from the JMB acc. but for the amt of RM3k is too much d...( i not sure whether there is a cap to it or not). can it be the Rm3k is for all the JMB committee instead of the chairman alone.
