Hi...Everyone...wish to ask if there any cases like Fixed Water Bill by Condo Management? Mine condo got a RM36 Fixed base rate for water bill...and after calculated the usage of water of the month..the charges will add in to RM36..

For Example:

Base Rate: RM36
July 2020 water usage: 22.00m3 = RM15

Total July water bill would be = RM51

I have searched Google and didnt get much infos about this issue~

some building share 1 general water meter (no individual meter)

so i only pay rm 36.

Usage above 10 units will result in RM 36 + Additional Unit charges (i dont remember how much)
