• Price: RM170/yr/slot or RM90/6 mths/slot
• Communication Methods: WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, PM or WeChat
• Your own personal profile with personalised recommendation and history
• Turnaround Time: Up to 24 hours (but usually within a few hours)

Rules:

• VPN Usage: Allowed - content adjusts based on your location as detected by Netflix
• Login Password cannot be changed, as this will affect other users
• Multiple Device Usage: Allowed, but not at the same time, e.g. if you are viewing on PC, do not view on phone at the same time

• Q: What happens if the account stops working?

Not sure if I understand your question correctly. Yes, it is a shared account (login) - and within each shared account, there can be up to 4 viewing profiles, of which each person will be assigned one (unless buyer buys more than one slot). The personalised viewing profile means you get to keep your own viewing history, recommendations, favourites, etc.

Unlikely to happen, but my service recovery offer for all is that I will give you access to a new account, or I will refund you pro-rata based on how much time remaining of the year that you have paid for.
