Hi, i plan to buy a MK crossbody bag, i wanna ask is it legit? Is stuff selling there legit? I believe zalora have policy on this but the discount now they have seems like quite cheap, ok maybe business not so good la now but much cheaper compare to boutique.

I've bought Nike stuff fulfilled by Zalora and they've all been legit.

The decent discounts are always on older models though so no reason to really doubt it.

I bought many pair of Levi's jeans n clothes from Zalora. Thus, Converse, Onitsuka Tiger and Vans also from them during discount day. All legit.

A lot people complain fakes from Zalora, I audited bag industries before. There are A grade fakes which are almost identical to Originals where if compared side by side you can't even tell. The safest way is still purchasing from outlets. But if you don't mind using a good fake then it's fine.

Even then buying from outlet does not guarantee 100% original cause there have been rare cases of shopkeepers swapping out the Original with grade A fake from China. But outlet is way safer than Zalora.

Mk has 50% discount now. Average price rm700 to rm1k at gardens....after discount.

Be careful of buying Zalora from Milos Limited from Hong Kong it has fake item, I emailed Zalora, they asked me make a return to them. They not even take action on the seller, the “ Milos Limited” still appear in Zalora page. Please take note not all Zalora item is authentic.

You know brands like MK, Coach have retail (boutique) vs outlet. They are two different quality

Yup, but you can spot coach made for outlet. The serial code always start with F follow by number, like f27583. If the initial starts with C, usually made for boutique, which suppose to be better & higher quality...

Want good quality just go to the power house brands like Dior, Chanel, Lv with life time after sale service. They even replace with new bag if there is defects.

If yer buy Coach MK online, expect outlet quality. There is no way to get retail quality outside retail boutique

Zalora won't risk their reputation over few thousand ringgit lah...

To be safe, better to buy from boutique. Few hundred ringgit difference for peace of mind, plus the after sale service. You can't have those from online store. I noticed some of the brand in Zalora are way cheaper than boutique, for example, Dr Martin shoes. Boutique selling for RM600+. Zalora selling fro 300+. Mind you, these are long-lasting brand, and they keep their price straight no matter.
