welll, i came up with this idea long time ago...when sven first employed as manager for Man City...
cos he bought players that are not really 'well known'...
so i tot "hmm..maybe he has been playing FM when he still goyang kaki getting salary frm england FA..."

He has never seen most of the player he's bought in action. Much of them were bough based on recommendations and video clips.

i dont think so he play FM,FA has superb financial,of course they have many scout

this scouts will find good player for Sven,Sven cant watch all English player games himself,so this scouts will help Sven find potential player

and IMO, he never wanted to go into management again unless there is a club like man city that will provide big funds...so dat he can buy players he wants and not work with limited funds...
i cant imagine if chelsea took him as manager after ranieri got fired..
sure he will fry up abramvich's money...

i think one of Erikkson's concern is he do not trust the existing Man City players. He might be right about tat. Man City have the lowest scoring home recor din EPL. And with Joey Barton oredi left, he needs to take this chance shake-up the midfield & attack.

You know, during his time when he was England manager, he actually spent most of his time attending matches to check on his players. So i think he actually seen the players played before agreeing to buy them.

I wonder if Bojinov would turn up in Red or Blue, since SGE asked how he felt after joining "United".

lol,City have scout too,no need to ask FA`s scout,all manager need scout,Sven buy many player but some player(maybe 2,3 or 4) is recomanded by City`s scout
for example Steve MacLaren take Nugent to England squad,MacLaren not go to stadium to watch Nugent play,his scout recomanded Nugent

Actually I think he is over rated back in his time with Lazio. Sure he won the Serie A once, but the existing squad coupled with his bottomless spending made it a lot easier.

& his tactical knowledge as seen during England time is practically non-existence.
