no, no....not insulin.....many years got risk liou, borderline case, no need medicine, just need jaga makan, exercise....but, i guess my lifestyle changed to becum couch potato, especially during MCO period resulted now kena ambik medicine cry.gif

need to check, got few...some supplements and some also for cholesterol (borderline case oso)

yes, yes.....partly also ayam suspect this doctor mau earn income...plan to do another medical checkup at other place to confirm 6 months down the road......

cut down rice is difficult......exercise, yes, but very slow, used to be can run 13km continuously non stop, follow by 2 hours badminton, now, mau cover walk walk jog 5km pun hamjadah difficult laugh.gif

walk effect no that much lah......the most effective, everyday, jog, walk at least 10km, 4-5 times per week.....within 4 months i turun 10kg, no need cut down food oso....colleagues also surprise, thought i sick, sudden weight loss, padahal i eat normally, i look healthy, just thinner jer, sudden thin laugh.gif mistake is that i didn't complement it with weight training, else, will bulk out muscle....only bulk out calf jer laugh.gif
