yeah, it's for compatibility with the gh3 wireless guitar, supposedly... however it doesn't make sense that they'd do a service-wide update since not everyone is going to definitely buy gh3, it would have made more sense for them to include the update on the game disc itself

i reckon microsoft might be up to something and included something else in that update...
