Hi, if in the event that the Semi D house you purchased is not the same as per floor plan, what can be done?

Eg. Floor plan is showing 10’ in width but in actual is lesser for land area.

As for your question. Hire a professional to do the measurements. Only certified professional can declare it is according to floor plan or not. If you want to sue the developers.

The floor plan can be confusing if you don't understand. There are two main convention with regards to floor plan. So you may misread the floor plan as well.

Post the floor plan, then post a picture showing the measurements, and how you measure it.

Lol, how much lesser is it? I think the more important thing is your land size is correct and building points is correct

If floor plan dimension can deviate, so can land dimension.

Under the NLC, minor deviation allowed.
