I applied my M+ CDS via Bursa Anywhere at early Aug, then mid Aug go M+ office to submit account opening form, waited till few days ago still no reply from them, cannot tahan, go whatsapp them to question my account opening then only they send me account opening success email to me.

Maybe you can try whatsapp/call to question them about your account as well.
