Are you going for the Note 20 or the Note 20 Ultra? Best do some research first coz there are a lot of other options out there for you to consider.

Coming from a Note 9 user's perspective and now using iPhone 11 Pro, i can attest that Samsung does take vibrant photos very easily. I am not disappointed by the quality of iPhone 11 Pro photos but they are just a bit dull and i need to edit them to make slightly brighter.

However, it's not very wise to purchase them right now seeing that there have been so many issues in their previous models (apparently), best wait for the next batch and see how the ACTUAL reviews/comments go.

Do you use the S-Pen often? If not I’d recommend maybe getting the S20 Plus which is a good balance between price and performance at about RM3.2k or so. Plus It has a more premium built compared to the Note 20. If you’re eyeing the Note 20 Ultra, then by all means go ahead.

I’ve used all iPhones since iPhone 4 - and yes, the low light photos are all pretty disappointing since then but the latest ones, the 11 and 11 Pro are pretty good. What’s your current iPhone? Why not wait till next month’s  iPhone announcement before deciding?

Ohh, iPhone 6. The 6 was a new design coming from the 5S and only has 1GB RAM - the fact that you are still using the phone now says something about the longevity. That said, the 6 had some issues which was ironed out in the 6S, which I’m still using now and looking forward to iOS 14. I think if you try the iPhone 11 or 11 Pro, you will see a vast improvement in the photo qualities. Plus, as you said, as far as frequent and consistent updates are concerned, the iPhone is second to none. The Note 20 isn’t cheap either, and after years of experience buying Samsung phones, trust me, if you don’t want the freebies, the price will drop within two months or so and you’ll get a better deal anyway.
