They will check the phone first to make sure don't have any water damage and any unauthorised repairs.
If pass and if they have stock then they will replace the screen on the same day. If no stock then they need order the parts first. They will call you once the parts arrive for replacement.

You still need to pay RM80 though for labour charges.
