I don't think so lah. I think my wallet either plain bad luck (RM0.10 for last 6 cashbacks) or kena blacklisted by TnG. I looked at my kids' cashbacks, they were RM1.90 and RM1.80 for Tealive purchases of RM5.45 each. They don't reload at all, I just transfer from my ewallet to theirs.

Thanks for sharing these info. The 7-11 staff at my area seems like blur when I asked if can pay bills using TnG eWallet.

1. Tell the staff you want pay TnB bills.
2. Show your bill barcode (softcopy or hardcopy) and let the staff scan, in this case I just show my barcode in smartphone.
3. Tell the staff the amount you want to pay.
4. The staff will then manually key in the amount.
5. The staff will scan your TNG eWallet.
6. Receipt will be printed out.
7. Keep the receipt for reference just in case any issue occur.

Thanks all sifu2 here for sharing the steps, otherwise I won't know how to do it also.
