this is really frustrating

i went to 2 7e...all insisted can't pay bills using TnG even though i shown them the 7e-TnG website
cashier told me to pay with cash (after i repeatedly told them even KL branches can do it, nationwide but how come EM branches can't ?)

really frustrated...so at the 2nd 7e, i insisted the cashier to call their manager in KL or wadever HQ to verify..
after 15 minutes waiting, finally the cashier willing to try

moral of the story: be persistent, and prepare your bill barcode for them to scan

In Kuching, the cashiers at some city centre outlets, Premier 101, Tabuan Stutong are more knowledgable and helpful.

Some outlets in Kuching don't sell bread but some outlets don't accept Razerpay or other ewallet for purchase of bread.

I never try the bill payment service yet (not so attractive compared to other ewallets and online platforms). Usually I buy bread.
