TnG cashback for retail purchase such as TeaLive and Eco-Shop no more rite? I have made a multiple purchase during New Year and Yesterday, no cashback.

What is the main cause or difficulties to us pay for TNB with an e-wallet? TNB too stingy? Or e-wallet provider doesnt want?

Anyone got payment for google pay using Touch n Go is disabled?
And why ya? Update: Chat with Customer Service, but no resolution provided by them. I try to deleting the payment method manually. Then re add up Touch n Go ewallet. Now it has been activated.
