Has anyone recently done a first time TNG Go+ cash out?

My brother did his first time cash out on 24 April for RM20, until now (1 week later) nothing received. Was reading the FB pages and saw some people waiting for weeks.

Anyone with similar dates? I remember mine took only 3 working days.

Yes of course he transferred only to his own bank account, same name as his IC, which is also the name and IC used for TNG and Go+. Obviously he also double checked his account number before submitting.

Anyway he has emailed them already...but just checking if anyone else experienced any delays as the FB page shows quite a few people who seem to have similar issues.

I know when he first registered for TNG, the IC recognition thing messed up his name so that X was replaced by K upon verification. He had to do a manual submission to get it corrected. But all this was done before Go+ was introduced.

Not sure if got some legacy issues...

Just tried and can see the option, but once I proceeded to pay the app hung and kept flashing. Until now still can't login to check my transaction. Hope my RM200 TNG PIN will be recovered..

The RM4k reload was all from CC? And failure to reload now, also CC?

I received their email and frantically checked what I did to trigger this.

Reloaded RM1,500 using PINS between 1-3 JUNE, reloaded RM3k using CC on 5th June. Everything stored in GO+.

Made about 15 TNG transactions - online, groceries, coffee shop etc from 1 June onwards.

Only cashout was on 14th June = RM1.4k Duitnow to my dress tailor's bank account. The rest of the money has been sitting around earning GO+ since the reloads.

Given the above I think they're gonna be really strict. Not gonna try my luck.

Yeh, your case also sounds strict. I assumed they would be targeting those Max Cash In, Max Cash Out type of customers. But apparently not?

My dress tailor wanted IBG payment and didn't have CC terminal... so I thought I was being clever by using my TNG DN to pay. I don't know what is the purpose of TNG having a DN to bank account function if they don't want us to use it this way?

This is your check in reward from thr A+ section in your TNG app.. They credit your account whenever you hit the check in milestone.

Anyone notice that "Annual Limit" seems to be reset on 1 January, even though the "information icon" says that limit resets on 1 February?
