Which bank's app has QR code and able to let merchants scan (like TnG)?

I checked Bank Island Be U and I can only scan QR, and not be able to let people scan me and make payment.

I am not taking about Receive Money. I am asking if any other bank's app (same as TnG) which you can make payment to the merchant and let the merchant scans you, instead of you scan them to pay.

Like you go to 99 Mart, you pay with TnG, they scan you and deduct from your TnG.
