I received the dormant email. Think TouchnGo now very busy answer call because unable to reach. I almost everyday using TouchnGo. What nonsense by TouchnGo. If TouchnGo charge every users "small amount" it can get rich every fast. Hahaha.... wongmunkeong liked this post

We are talking about TnG ewallet. Only ONE valid ID (Mykad/Army/Passport) for ONE Touch 'n Go eWallet account and each account is only allowed to be linked to ONE unique mobile number. I emailed early today (attached email with my transaction) and TnG eWallet not even check and reply me as below at 4pm just now. They still sleeping.

If your ewallet balance lower than charge then will deducted from card. Bear in mind if paid by Touch n Go card there still an additional 10% surcharge if not mistaken.

Basically once you activate your Go+, all balance/transactions will be maintained in Go+ and ewallet account won't be used.
