Reloaded TNG e-wallet with HSBC on 2 Feb 10.22pm and didn't get RM15 cashback. Anybody reloaded later than me and got it? Thanks

Anybody encountered problem with reloading large amount by credit card but able to do so with smaller amounts?
I keep getting the "Unable to Proceed" error if I reload RM500 but can reload RM10. |

Anybody experienced when using TnG reload pin to reload, it shows invalid code? I'm pretty sure that the pin has not been used before.
I bought the code on Lazada from my phone and tried to reload my wife's TnG but faced the problem above. Wife's account has received "reminder" letter from TnG before though. Could this be a form of soft ban from reloading with pin? I don't dare to try and reload my own TnG wallet yet. |
