Yeah, me too. My Go+ exceed 9.5K because of compounding daily interest, as screenshot below I only getting the daily rate ~RM0.38.

My ewallet has RM2.90, does this mean this is for the 2 days (1/11 and 2/11) since it will credited after 3 days?

I having issue with cash in to my Go+ account from my e-wallet, but no problem when cash in to Go+ via FPX.

Even RM10 cash in from e-wallet won't go through.

What's the issue? I'm on the Premium tier

Yes, I didn't realised there's a typo.

I have no problem cash in via FPX, but even even RM10 cash in from e-wallet result in failed.

Last month I cash out RM15K, no issue.

This month just 9K.

Has anyone actually reached out to TnG support if they really put ban of selective account based on the transactions made.

Or it just an assumption?

Yeah I do received it, it appear on my Go+ when it's below 9.5K.

Like forever or there's a cool down period?

Also, word abusing doesn't seem to be in place as there no such as FUP stated in their TnC.

How much do you guys cash out to avoid getting banned? 1K a month?

Why provide the option to cash out in the first place?

It goes back what you have, if you don't have 9.5K what else can you do.

When my Go+ has 9.4K, I'm getting RM1.38 daily.
Now my Go+ has RM100, so I'm only getting RM0.04.

TnG support has lifted the cash in restriction on my Go+ account. But now, I'm no longer interested to use TnG eWallet, what are the best way for me to withdraw all my money? Currently I got RM21K there, if I cash out my Go+ then cash in from my eWallet, I'm afraid they going to permaban my account then the 12K balance on eWallet just stuck there, and I need to spend on platforms that doesn't really have things worth spending for.

Just promo here and there, so TnG eWallet serve as pocket change just like MBB MAE.

I think TnG block after you topup eWallet, not after you withdraw. So cash out 9.5K from Go+ would be just fine, but if you top up eWallet again, they will block you from cash it into Go+ account from your eWallet balance, so the money stay at eWallet balance only.

I report the issue to TnG support, they lifted the cash into Go+ restriction in 7 days.

TnG support also said, they can refund money back to my Credit Card. But my source of fund varies for my eWallet, eg FPX, DuitNow transfer and Credit Card too.

Someone needs to tributes themselves.

TnG algorithm hard to guess, what criteria they set the flag at.

So, single cash in via CC as long as not over 10K to not get flagged?

If got flagged, just request CSA to refund it back to CC I guess.

Yep same, I think the bank put restriction to TnG reload on your card due to repetitive cash in (if you did that).
