As per the FAQ, does it mean if we transfer RM 10 from ewallet to Go+ to cash in, GO+ will less than RM 10? If not, how do they charge us the management and trustee fee?

Tried both options but still cannot.. you guys able to reload using credit card? I do buy stuff using the e wallet a few times a month as well, didn't expect to get banned ..

My go+ balance is around 4000 but I didn't receive any bonus earning today (only receive daily earning), anyone has this issue as well?
