Should i choose go+ or goinvest?

- i dont need to cash money out urgently at any given time, as long as can transfer back to my bank account in 1~2 business days for whenever i need it is fine

whats the TNC for this? 5% only for the first 1000 put in?

means if you put in 2000, 1000 will get 5% return and remainder 1000 will get 3% return only?

well, kdi just increased their rate to 4%, this means i will be moving out from go+ to kdi now.

only thing i will miss will be instant transfer of funds via duitnow. but kdi same day withdrawal before 11am is also good enough for me.

obviously, as go+ limit was only 9.5k.

previously i park my short term funds at kdi, then moved to go+ when go+ rates hitting 3.5% same as kdi. cause go+ slightly more convenient.

guess its back to parking at kdi for me.

yes. withdraw before 11am, will credit before 10pm. but usually people get it around 7/8pm. i just did it last week

Anyone know how they count go+ returns? I know the final amount we see is nett after minus the fees.

But what confuses me is this.. Currently placed money in 2 go+ accounts.

1) Acc 1: Got RM2,400 in go+. daily returns @ 3.56% get RM0.23.. It seems like don't have any fees deduction, as 2400*3.56%/365 = 0.23

on the other hand

2) Acc 2: Got RM19,970 in go+. daily returns @ 3.56% get RM1.91.. This one certainly got fees deduction as 19970*3.56%/365 = 1.94/1.95 but only get 1.91


I notice that Account 1's returns on the couple of occasions i kept track of it, the returns seems like without any fees deduction.. Wonder why this is the case

anyone with 2k points able to redeem BHP petrol voucher today?

Dont know why last month and this month cant redeem, button greyed out for me..

Previously able to redeem no issues..

yes i know 1 redemption per month.. I redeemed before for August, September, October, Nov and Dec last year..

But starting Jan i couldn't redeem, just show greyed out button.. Now in February also same thing

Tried to deposit money to GO+ today but couldn't.. Shows error and a CS hotline to call for enquiry..
Called it and was told my GO+ currently suspended.. pending some management review..

Anyone experienced this before?

Asked what is this management review about and the CS told me will receive a call from their internal team in few days time from this number (016-2996007) and not to worry it's not a scam call (cause its a mobile number)..

they want me to verify/give my details like income, occupation, source of funds all those..

Weird. First time kena.. I wonder if its cause I made a couple of 15~20k deposits/withdrawal the past 1~2 days..
Was placing it temporarily in GO+ while waiting for my Atlas account to get activated and all that..

wait, they told you cannot reactivate at all?

mine the CS said my account is under management review and i need submit/verify documents and stuffs..

so i was under the impression once do that all and they satisfied with it will reactivate/unsuspend the account..

wah damn wtf like this..
