I find the CS job is damn easy, just take your complain, and 'escalate'

When ask for more info, 'We can only escalate' or 'We already inform the next level'

And the next level took forever to respond and you have no way to reach the 'next level'

I believe most of these 1st level CS are mostly outsourced and all their replies are jsut scripted

Should have requested for the refund online. Tng is quite efficient in this. I requested on Sat, Tue received refund. It was just two working days.

i just noticed at E2 toward JB, all the toll booth exit, had put a warning, on RFID lane, if you exit toll using different method ( RFID or TNG card n smart tag) you will get penalty charges. WTF meaning they will no refund it now? this is their system not smart enough, but people pay for their mistake. better rename the it to Dumb tag instead of smart tag.

* previously i did the same mistake, but able to get refund after 90days report on e-refund.

I thought can disable it quite some time ago? I saw the option last month.

I did top up using credit card to get the touch n go cashback for June. In fact it is a monthly thing. I got to know that everyone got the cashback especially those who topped up later than me, and i didnt get one. lodged a case with TnG and they took 2 months to reply and say that i have received the cashback on a certain date. I checked to the record, that cashback was for the month of July top up not the june one.
What was really 'impressive' was that I have already told them before that Ig ot a cashback for the month of July but June was missing. Yet they come back with the wrong response like above, and it took them two months also.

has their customer service gone down to drain officially? I just cannot comprehend how could they make such a mistake and took such a long time, and yet their phone line is always busy...
