In the TnC, it is stated that, it's possible that the cashback is not given if the user has reloaded with a debit card before.

If BigPay is considered Debit Card and the user have used it before, then no cashback.

anybody received cashback from credit card using maybank fc barcelona?
*
After calculating my expenses and cashback for April 2020, I can conclude that :

TNG WALLET E-COMM 2 is eligible for cashback (has reloaded on 31/03 but it was posted on 01/04)

TNG-EWALLET ECOM 2-EC is not eligible for cashback (started appearing on April reloads)

Since my FCB card is already registered in the app, my reloads are done through Quick Payment or Manual Reload. I didn't try to remove and add a new card reload method.

did TNG WALLET E-COMM 2 appear at all in April transactions for you?
*
Not at all if you don't consider the one transaction that was done on 31/03 but posted on 01/04

How do you cash out from tngo then?
*
T&G e-wallet cannot cash out. Maybe when cancel the wallet for good, you can ask for refund... Idk.

That's why I kept the amount very small and always use Quick Payment which enables me to pay the exact amount without topping up.

I am actually trying to compare with Grab , Boost and Shopee

Grab points value is low, Boost worse.

Shopee pay was good previously when have constant cashback, butt now seems to reward coins only.

I think either Shopee/Tngo place first, then grab and boost

Edit: Maybank QR sometimes reward good cashback as well, so I think it's above boost at least
*
Why do you place TnG first?
Besides GO+ 4% promo and monthly 7E promo, I don't find anything interesting with TnG.
Shopee better with the cashback.
For point based reward, Grab tend to be better than Boost

Today, I compared paying in Japan within few minutes difference between TouchNGo E-wallet (QR Payment) and BigPay.

BigPay charged RM 1 = 30.73698 yen (transaction pending but won't run away too far)
TnG E-wallet charged RM 1 = 30.99977 yen (conversion on the spot)

It seems Alipay network charges is cheaper than Visa.

Is payment using tng e-wallet facility widely accepted there?
Any comparison with actual conversion rate?
Did you manage to use Tng Visa too?

Thanks

Alipay is widely accepted here (convenience store, small restaurants, etc). So, touch and go e-wallet can be used widely provided you have Internet connection.

Actual rate is RM 1 to 31.4 yen.
BigPay has a difference of 2.1% (transaction still pending)
TnG E-wallet has a difference of 1.3% (transaction posted)

I didn't sign up for the TnG Visa card since someone showed previously that BigPay is better than TnG Visa Card.

any reason why TnG eWallet does not support personal DuitNow QR?

is it ever going to be?
*
it might when it stops credit card reload or increases the reload fee for CC.
