In order to restore full functionality of your eWallet account, kindly provide the following documents.
If you are the credit card owner:

b. The first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card number (please ensure you mask the middle 6 digits of the credit card number)
If you are NOT the credit card owner:
I. Authorization letter from the credit card owner which includes:
a. Full name of credit card owner;
b. IC number of credit card owner; and
c. Relationship with the credit card owner.
II. Latest available credit card statement for the credit card used that shall display the following details:
a. The card owner’s name; and

In order to prevent this from happening in the future, we encourage you to refrain from reloading your eWallet via credit card and conduct an instant cash out via Go+.

We hope to hear from you soon
