At the queue , you found out not enough ewallet then you have to do the transfer on spot that everyone is waiting and the transfer sometimes may not be instant (like bank account to bigpay and bigpay to tng reload) also depends on the internet connection.
Sometimes , direct reload from your bank account link is quite dangerous.

Yeh , you can do all the auto reload, ask someone to send credit and CC but all takes time with extra step.

The only downside on ewallet is cannot round up and cannot be more lenient.Sometimes at speed99 , using cash 1 to 3 cents , some cashier will be lenient and help you to round up.I don't know whether tng can do round up ?
How to know which POS  system are use for the hyper market or shop store ?

Actually , can deduct amount > wallet if the shop owner allow ? Take example , petrol station buy engine oil rm150.50 can the petrol cashier set again rm150 after requested on ewallet ? Normally if price is wrong can cashier cancel and redo the price again  ?

no round up. my ewallet balance RM1.98 only. the other day try to pay RM1.70, the icon keep loading forever at the checkout gateway.

Isn’t that is like saying you are paying with cash but doesn’t have enough cash? And ask the cashier for discount?

If you’re going to use it anyway they no harm topping up more.

Those e wallets are meant for convenience. But looks like it is becoming a burden to daily life trying to reap its benefits.

Most merchants already display what e wallets or methods of payment they accept otherwise just ask before proceeding.

Anyone know what is the problem when top up using fpx public bank ,it show duplicate login?

I force stop tng app, restart again still same.
Then I using Pc website to login my public bank, it can login without showing duplcate login. Only tng app top up part when it direct go thru its app to public bank login, then only got duplicate login.

hi sifu,

since yesterday my TnG failed to show QR code, even failed to reset PIN and get Invalid Token message.
what's the problems and is there any solution?

this would regenerate a new token and other features would work

tried but not working too.
even tried force close app also failed...
submitted ticket support but no reply.

can try logout, clear cache, uninstall, redownload and reinstall ?

No problem; reloaded several times using BigPay since this morning.
Also used several times using Scan & Pay since this morning.
App is smooth and fast.

Anyone kena softban by TnG eWallet before?

I can’t reload my tng eWallet with credit card since 1 week ago.. I’ve no issue to spend and transfer out or receive money..

When I call CS, said can’t c any issue.. but when I enquire further, he said maybe is breach of TnC, but he dunno which tnc I breached n said will escalate n no timeline for them to reply me if it is breach of tnc..

But, I don recall I did anything that breach tnc as I only use 1 tng ewallet acc n I only used my own credit cards to top up n didn’t use my credit card for other tng eWallet..

Funny thing is the CS said as per BNM rule, 1 credit card can only use in 1 eWallet, u can’t use at boost / grabpay for the same credit card.. I said I try to use new card (nvr use in other eWallet) also same error..

Uninstall and reinstall. had a problem with reloading previously too.

Thanks for ur sharing, but in fact I’ve tried uninstall and reinstall few times still getting the same error.. until now still dunno which tnc I breached until they block me from topping up my eWallet..

After I see your issue, I felt TNG CS is really lousy in resolving matter related to security issue, leading the unable to reload $$.

They couldn't explain to me as well what TNC had been breached as it's totally a new account for my uncle.

Getting them via TNG careline and form filling really pissed me off and all these end-up I advise my uncle to use other e-Wallet available in market. Forget about TNG.

But TnG e-wallet is very good at hawker centres and markets as compared to Axiata Digital competitor.

Until today they still cannot tell me which tnc I breached.. I try to set up auto reload.. it straight away show error msg said my acc might have breached tnc.. so, now if I wan to continue to use, I will need to get someone to transfer credit to me..

No matter how, I still dunno y, the only possible reason is I transfer credit to my cousin too often.. but now if I asked my sis to transfer credit to me to use, I also worry her acc got soft ban like mine..

Maybe like u said, I might need to forget about tng eWallet..
